Wii + Mac = Drumkit
I just ran across this video and it is absolutely brilliant! They call it the Wiinstrument. There is a GNU/Linux version here, thank you very much. The next bit of work that needs to be done is to map the kick drum sound to my keyboard. With the keyboard on the ground I'll be able to tap out some dirty little bass rhythms with my foot. Presto, I have a full on drumkit!

it would be prudent to never post something like "map a kickdrum to my keyboard" anywhere that your company's IS department could see it. I'm just saying.
Let the record show that the blogger identified the keyboard in question as the 10 year old, yellowed, microsoft natural keyboard sitting atop the stack of nintendo power magazines in the bowels of his junk closet.
